1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of www.truwai.com and TruCalendar (together, the "services"), provided by TruWAI ("we", "us"). By using the services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the services for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

4. What TruCalendar does for you

TruCalendar acts only within the permissions published at calendar.truwai.com/permissions and the settings you choose. It creates meetings and sends invitations only after you approve them. Review what you approve, including anything drafted by the AI assistant, which can make mistakes.

Your calendar data, contacts and other content remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the services, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Other services

TruCalendar works with services such as Google Calendar and, if you turn it on, Anthropic's AI. Their own terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Do not rely on TruCalendar for urgent or safety-critical scheduling.
